Every plant has a record.
FarminGAP records greenhouse work where it happens, so every batch reaches the audit and the shelf with its proof.
One record instead of five.
Notebooks, spray logs, spreadsheets, stock sheets and the audit folder each hold a piece of the season. FarminGAP keeps it as one thread that follows the plants.

Each entry follows the product and feeds the next decision.
It starts from your own unit.
Map your greenhouses, the spaces inside them and how many plants each holds in rows and columns. Select a zone, record the care once, and it stays with those plants until harvest.
- Nursery spaces can be reserved for sowing only.
- Buying plants? Start at transplanting.
- Certified and non-certified crops stay separate.
Safety is a rule, not a reminder.
Every spray is recorded with its product and its PHI. FarminGAP works out the first safe harvest date and checks it before anyone picks.
- Record the applicationProduct, date and zone, entered once.
- Link the PHITaken from your list of approved products.
- Calculate the safe dateThe first day harvest is allowed.
- Check before harvestThe team sees whether the waiting period is over.

Recorded in the history with the readings and the action taken.
Sample readings. FarminGAP works with your environment data; sensors and controllers depend on your setup.
Stock moves with the work.
Seeds and pots come off stock at sowing, products at spraying, crates and bags at packing. Items running low are flagged before they run out.
Recipe: 1 crate 60×40 holds 12 salad bags.

The batch file writes itself.
The field diary and the file for each batch come from what was recorded during the season. Your agronomist or inspector finds the records without chasing paper.
